What is a "Deep Clean," and what are "Routine Cleanings?

For Move Out Services we recommend doing all items from Routine Cleaning + Deep Cleaning Lists.

Routine Cleanings Include:

Kitchen and Dining

  • Clean out microwave
  • Wipe down counters
  • Clean sink
  • Washing Dishes are by request only
  • Clean stove top
  • Clean exterior of oven, dishwasher, and fridge
  • Sweep and mop
  • Take out trash

Bathrooms:

  • Scrub and rinse tub,shower,sinks , and toilet
  • Wipe down countertops
  • Clean mirrors
  • Sweep and mop
  • Take out trash

Bedrooms:

  • Make beds and change sheets (by request only)
  • Dust
  • Take out trash
  • Clean Mirrors
  • Vacuum

Living room:

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture
  • Dust
  • Take out trash
  • Clean Mirrors
  • Vacuum

Offices:

  • Dust
  • Clean top of chairs
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture
  • Take out trash
  • Clean mirrors
  • Vacuum

All other rooms or halls include any of the items listed above.

Dusting does not include window panels, removing books and items from book shelves, picture frames, moving furniture, ETC;

Deep Cleans Include all Items Listed in Routine Cleanings plus the following. The following items are NOT included during routine cleanings:

  • Inside of Fridge
  • Inside of Oven (must run self clean prior to cleaning)
  • Wiping inside/outside of cabinets and drawers throughout home (inside of cabinets are only by request or during move out cleanings)
  • Baseboards
  • Walls (Only by request when doing move out cleanings)
  • Light switches and outlets
  • Windowsills
  • Doors
  • Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures

We do not move furniture. We do not clean TVs, Computers, or other electronics in your home.  We do not clean window blinds (unless they are plantation shutters and are requested prior to arrival).We do not offer window cleaning services.

Do I have to be in my home during cleanings?

You do not have to be home during your cleaning. You can leave a way of entry, have a key copy made for us to keep in the office for your cleaning, or be home. If on the day of your cleaning there is not a way of entry and you`re not home and unable to return to unlock, or decide to cancel upon arrival you will be charged the full price of your cleaning and have your cleaning rescheduled to a date that is best for you.

What If I need to cancel?

As long as you give us the correct amount of notice your changes/cancellation are completely free! Our office must be given a 48hr business day notice of cancellations or rescheduling of cleanings. If client fails to give notice within 48hr (business days) a cancellation fee of $29.99 will be charged to client If we are notified before 12pm the business day before the cleaning (Example You have a cleaning on Friday at 5pm We must know of the cancellation by Thursday at 12pm latest to avoid being charge extra. If notified later than 12pm the business day before the cancellation fee will be half the cost of the estimated/scheduled service (Example: You`re doing a 2hr @ $85 the cancellation fee will be $42.50). These fees are charged due to the fact we do not have time rebook and for the compensation of the cleaners.

Can I have the same cleaner each time?

As long as you are on a routine schedule you can be assured to have the same of 2 cleaners . You can always request the same cleaner without a routine schedule but it will be subject to availability.

What if I have tested positive for COVID-19?

If you have tested positive for COVID please contact our office as soon as possible (if you have a scheduled cleaning during your quarantine time). We cannot be in your home while you are quarantined (this includes you staying in a closed room or leaving the home during cleaning). If you test positive after your cancellation window (less than 48hr business hours from your scheduled cleaning) you do not have to pay a cancellation fee. If you test positive prior to the cancellation window please let us know so we can go ahead and make the needed schedule changes. In the case of testing positive prior to the cancellation window if you do not let us know with a minimum 48 business hours notice you will still be charged your cancellation fee. This is why it is so important to please contact us ASAP if you test positive to avoid waiting last minute and incurring cancellation charges. If you are eligible to have a voided cancellation fee (if you did not get your results until it was already past the cancellation deadline) please send an email with the test results to copurezacleaning@gmail.com and include "Att: Billing COVID Fee" in the subject line. You may block out any personal info if you prefer but it does need to have the date/time, your name, and the positive results clearly on the page.
